Put the tea bag in a mug and cover about ½ of it with boiling water. Add honey and vanilla extract, and mix. Cover with a small plate to keep it warm and let it brew while you boil the milk. I used and the milk steamer of my husband’s espresso machine. If you don’t have a steamer boil the milk on the stove over high heat, until it forms a foam. Remove the tea bag and pour the milk into the mag. Garnish with cinnamon and let it cool a bit before you drink it.
