  • 1 silicone chocolate/ice mold

Ingredients

  • 1 large chunk ginger (about ½ cup) - peeled and sliced
  • 10 garlic cloves (about ½ cup) - peeled

Instructions

  • Put the ginger and garlic in a food processor with 1 tablespoon filtered water and process until as smooth as possible. Spoon the mixture into the silicone mold. Wrap the mold in a plastic wrap or baking paper and freeze for 24 hours.
If you're using a grater: grate the ginger and garlic on the smallest holes into a medium bowl.
  • The next day, remove the cubes from the mold and put them in a container, and keep in the freezer. Add 1-2 cubes to curries, biryanis and other Indian or Asian dishes.
