Yogurt, Apple & Walnut Bowl

- 1 cups full-fat plain yogurt
- 1 tart-sweet apple - such as Honeycrisp or Fuji, diced
- ⅓ cup raw walnuts - roughly chopped
- 1 teaspoon honey - optional
- 1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil - optional
- ¼ teaspoon crushed dried rosemary
Combine: Add 1 cups full-fat plain yogurt to a bowl. Top with the diced 1 tart-sweet apple (such as Honeycrisp or Fuji), diced and 0.3 cups raw walnuts, roughly chopped.2
Finish & serve: If using, drizzle with 1 teaspoons honey (optional) and 1 teaspoons extra virgin olive oil (optional), and sprinkle over the crushed 0.3 teaspoons dried rosemary, crushed. Toss gently and serve immediately.
