Plant-Based Meal in One Hour

How would you feel about me posting a pictures of our meals with a short description and a video instead of posting a recipe? That way we all spend less time in front of a screen. I will still mention important details. I would like to inspire you to cook without a recipe.

For example: simple green salad or carrot salad, roasted cauliflower and baked beans –
use any cooked beans (including canned or frozen).

To cook dry beans:

  • Soak a large batch of beans overnight.
  • The next day, place them in a large soup pot and cover completely with water. Bring to a boil then lower the heat and simmer until tender.
  • Turn off the heat and allow the beans to cool down before dividing them into containers to store in the freezer.
